Before heading to Gateway National Park to shoot birds, I stopped at an ocean facing beach to take advantage of the predawn light. This was a pretty long exposure about thirty minutes before the sun rose, when light was a faint glow on the horizon. The predawn light and length of the exposure did some crazy things.
