The Muddy River runs from Jamaica Pond near Boston's border with Brookline, to the Charles River. There are many footbridges across the river, but the bridge in the top left corner of this photo has been unusable for the last five years. There are bridge posts, but no actual bridge to connect them. This is a great spot to shoot in times of harsh light, because the thick woods surrounding this site helps create great light. I left this area with a very muddy tripod. Also, I don't understand why it looks sharper (especially the foreground) on redbubble...it's very frustrating.
